1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CarPark websites, applications, desktop software, APIs, account services and other products or services made available under the CarPark brand (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, activating software, purchasing or starting a subscription, submitting content, accessing an API, or otherwise using a Service in a manner that clearly indicates acceptance, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for that specific Service.

If you use a Service on behalf of a company, warehouse, store or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The CarPark Ecosystem

CarPark is a multi-product automotive technology ecosystem. Not every Service has the same purpose, risk profile or commercial model. Some Services are consumer applications, some are marketplaces, some are professional business software, and some provide developer or infrastructure capabilities.

These Terms apply across the ecosystem. A particular Service may also display additional product-specific rules, licensing terms, plan limits, acceptable-use requirements or transaction terms. When product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that Service to the extent of the conflict.

New public CarPark products may be added to the ecosystem over time and may become subject to these Terms when they are launched or made available to users.

3. Accounts, CarPark ME and Access

Some Services require a CarPark account or CarPark ME identity. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials and controlling access to devices or sessions associated with your account.

  • Do not share passwords, access tokens, licence credentials or recovery information with unauthorised persons.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify CarPark of suspected unauthorised access.
  • Business administrators are responsible for managing their organisation’s users, permissions and internal access.
  • CarPark may require verification, re-authentication or additional security steps for sensitive actions.

4. CarPark WMS Terms

CarPark WMS is professional warehouse-management software intended to support inventory, receiving, storage, sales, reporting, multi-warehouse operations and related workflows.

  • Business records. The customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of inventory, pricing, supplier, customer, sales and other business data entered into WMS.
  • Local data and backups. Where WMS stores data locally, the customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and backups unless a specific CarPark backup or cloud service states otherwise.
  • Licensing. Access may depend on a valid licence, plan, seat allocation, activation status or entitlement. Circumventing licence checks or technical limits is prohibited.
  • Operational responsibility. WMS assists with workflows but does not replace accounting, tax, legal, inventory-control or regulatory obligations applicable to the customer’s business.
CarPark WMS should not be treated as the sole copy of records that the customer is legally required to preserve independently.

5. Auto.CarPark and Parts.CarPark

Marketplace-style Services may allow users, dealers, stores or other third parties to publish listings, discover vehicles or parts, communicate, compare offers or initiate transactions.

Unless a listing or checkout flow expressly identifies CarPark as the seller, lessor or contracting party, CarPark provides the technology platform and is not the owner, seller, buyer, lessor, mechanic, inspector or guarantor of the listed vehicle, part or service.

  • Listing publishers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and current status of their listings.
  • Users must independently verify vehicle condition, ownership, documentation, part compatibility, pricing and transaction terms before committing to a transaction.
  • CarPark may moderate, restrict, suspend or remove listings that appear fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, duplicated or harmful to users or the ecosystem.
  • Ratings, search ordering, recommendations or badges do not constitute a guarantee of a seller, vehicle, part or transaction.

6. App.CarPark and Vehicle Data

App.CarPark may provide vehicle-management, maintenance, ownership, reminders, records and other connected automotive tools. Information shown by the application is intended to assist users in organising vehicle-related data and workflows.

Maintenance reminders, estimates, records, recommendations or other software-generated information are not a substitute for inspection by a qualified technician or for manufacturer instructions. Users remain responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and legal compliance of their vehicles.

7. Dev.Portal, APIs and Integrations

Developer tools, APIs, documentation, SDKs, credentials and integration services are provided subject to technical limits and acceptable-use requirements.

  • API keys, application tokens and other credentials must be kept confidential.
  • You may not bypass rate limits, authentication, permissions, billing controls or technical safeguards.
  • You may not use CarPark APIs to scrape restricted data, create deceptive clones, impersonate CarPark or reproduce protected CarPark functionality in violation of intellectual-property rights.
  • CarPark may change, deprecate or replace API endpoints, schemas or developer features, with reasonable notice where practicable for material changes.

8. AI and Automated Features

Some Services may include AI-assisted search, recommendations, summaries, classification, generated content or other automated functionality. Automated outputs may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect.

  • Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for safety-critical, legal, financial, mechanical or other high-impact decisions.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated or suggested content before publishing, purchasing, repairing, selling or otherwise acting on it.
  • CarPark may use automated systems to detect abuse, improve relevance, assist moderation or provide cross-platform discovery, subject to applicable privacy rules.

9. User Content and Listings

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to CarPark. You grant CarPark a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, display, format and technically distribute that content as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Services and to make the content available in the ways you request.

You must have the rights necessary to submit content and must not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights, or that is fraudulent, unlawful, malicious or deceptive.

CarPark may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms or maintain the integrity of the Services.

10. CarPark Intellectual Property

The CarPark name, trademarks, logos, product identities, interface designs, software, source code, backend systems, icons, illustrations, documentation, APIs, databases, platform architecture and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted by CarPark, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, extract, clone, reproduce or create confusingly similar versions of protected CarPark materials or Services.

Use of publicly accessible functionality does not grant ownership of CarPark technology, design, branding or underlying implementation.

11. Plans, Payments, Subscriptions and Promotions

Some Services may offer free tiers, paid plans, licences, subscriptions, upgrades, add-ons or promotional offers. The applicable price, billing period, included features and material conditions will be presented in the relevant purchase or activation flow.

  • You are responsible for providing valid billing information and paying applicable charges.
  • Renewal behaviour, if any, will be disclosed in the relevant checkout or subscription flow.
  • Discount codes, coupons and promotions may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, one-time-use limits, product restrictions or other stated conditions.
  • Unless stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value and cannot be combined where the applicable offer prohibits combination.
  • Refund, cancellation and withdrawal rights are subject to the terms shown for the relevant product and to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to harm CarPark, other users, third parties or the integrity of the ecosystem.

  • No fraud, impersonation, deceptive listings, phishing, malware or abusive automation.
  • No unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, credential theft or interference with infrastructure.
  • No circumvention of subscriptions, licences, permissions, quotas or platform restrictions.
  • No use of CarPark systems to distribute unlawful, infringing or malicious material.
  • No automated extraction or bulk collection of protected data except through an authorised API or with written permission.

13. Availability, Changes and Beta Features

CarPark continuously develops the ecosystem. Services, features, interfaces, integrations and availability may change over time. Some features may be identified as Preview, Beta, Coming Soon, experimental or otherwise unfinished.

Beta or preview functionality may be changed, limited, interrupted or withdrawn and may contain defects. CarPark may perform maintenance or make emergency changes where required for security, reliability or legal compliance.

CarPark does not guarantee that every Service or feature will be available in every country, device, plan or account.

14. Suspension and Termination

CarPark may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, violation of these Terms or risk to other users or the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any outstanding contractual or payment obligations. Termination does not automatically erase records that CarPark or the customer must retain for legitimate business, security, dispute-resolution or legal reasons.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Services are provided on an “as available” basis. CarPark does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy of third-party listings, successful transactions, vehicle condition, part compatibility or the correctness of automated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarPark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data caused by the customer’s failure to maintain appropriate backups, or reliance on third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to mandatory rights or protections that may apply to a user and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through support or direct communication, the parties may pursue available remedies before a competent court or authority as provided by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

CarPark may update these Terms to reflect changes to the ecosystem, new Services, security requirements, commercial models or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate CarPark channel where required or reasonably practicable.

The updated Terms will state their effective or last-updated date. Where consent to revised Terms is legally required, CarPark may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the affected Service.
